Retail Manager (Coulby Newham)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Job share and/or flexible working will be considered)

Salary: £24,751-£26,700 (Subject to ongoing upward pay review)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day to day management of the retail store and workforce.
• Increase income generation within the store while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues that could jeopardise income generation.
• Deliver sales/profit targets through effective management and motivation of the shop team, including volunteers.
• Exceed customer expectations by providing the highest quality service.
• Actively contribute to Teesside Hospice's published ambitions and strategic objectives, upholding the organisation's values.
