- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation across all departments
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team
- Oversee operational duties including cash handling, stock accuracy, and compliance
- Manage relationships with suppliers and concession partners
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic commercial initiatives
