Retail Manager

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single retail location at CPC or LGYC. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a heart for creating a friendly, efficient, and Christ-centered retail environment. The Retail Manager supports the Retail Director and ensures their assigned location runs smoothly, reflects the mission of the camp, and provides excellent service to campers, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of one assigned retail location (CPC or LGYC)
- Assist with administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and functional store layout
- Create a welcoming, fast-paced, and positive retail environment
- Ensure the retail space reflects the values and mission of Lake Geneva Ministries
- Supervise, train, and support retail staff at the assigned location
- Communicate regularly with the Retail Director regarding store needs, performance, and challenges
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while following direction from the Retail Director
- Alignment with the mission and values of Lake Geneva Ministries
Pay: $12-$14 per hour
- School Year: 10-15 hours per week
- Summer: Full-time
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, organization, and serving others in a dynamic camp setting, while playing a key role in supporting the overall retail operations of the camp.
