Retail Manager - Finance & Insurance Lead (OTE £62k)

Listers Group Limited in Worcester is seeking a Retail Manager for our Volvo dealership. You will lead the sales team, grow gross profit and specialise in finance, insurance and value-added products.

You will be at the core of customer enquiries and support the development of the sales team. The role involves discussing customer financing needs, advising on finance, insurance, warranties and other dealer services, and ensuring FCA compliance.
