About the role

As a Retail Manager, you take ownership of your area and lead it with clarity, confidence and purpose. You are a constant presence on the shop floor, guiding your team through the standards, behaviours and service moments that define the Harrods experience. You coach the team, set clear expectations and foster a culture where feedback is part of everyday performance. Using data and insight, you understand your business, anticipate opportunities and act decisively. You ensure operational excellence is upheld, from service delivery to stock flow. You work closely with your General Retail Manager to shape the vision for your department and take full accountability for delivering it, directly influencing sales, customer experience and team engagement.
