UNIQLO is recruiting ambitious graduates for the UMC Graduate Programme, a 12-month accelerated leadership journey designed to shape the future of retail in the UK. You'll rotate through store operations and leadership on the shop floor.

You'll be mentored by senior leaders, gain hands-on experience in sales analytics, planning and people management, and have opportunities for rapid progression with promotions every 6 months. Relocation support is available if needed.
