Retail Key Holder & Sales Team Lead

Clarks is looking for a Sales Team Member to join our London-area store. You will be responsible for achieving daily targets and KPIs, while leading a small team to meet individual goals and uphold service standards. You will also sell during non-peak times and ensure store standards are maintained.

You will deliver a great consumer experience, support in achieving KPIs, and maintain front and back-of-house merchandising with a flexible 5-day pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
