Retail HR Partner for Growth & Multi-Site Expansion

Essar Energy Transition (EET) is recruiting an HR Business Partner for EET Retail to partner with the retail leadership team across the UK. You will support acquisitions, site openings and a high-growth network, delivering HR services to a dispersed frontline workforce.

You will drive workforce planning, change management and employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and engaging site leadership through coaching and data-driven insights. Regular UK travel is involved.
