Retail Growth Architect - Premium Foods Channel

Proman is expanding its physical retail presence from an early stage, building a structured retail channel. The Retail Growth Manager will open new accounts, develop independent trade, and align with brand, pricing and digital activity while collaborating with e-commerce and customer insight teams.

The role is Manchester-based with national travel, offering up to £50,000 DOE plus a performance bonus up to 20% of base salary and a car allowance of £6,000 per year.
