Retail Floor Manager - Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

B&M Retail Limited in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking a Floor Manager to lead day-to-day shop floor operations, drive sales, and deliver a great customer experience.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, and you will be part of a store management team.
