Retail Finance & Insurance Manager - Car Dealership

Listers Group Limited's Audi dealership in Worcester is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the sales and finance product teams, driving growth in gross profit through finance and insurance offerings while guiding customer inquiries and developing the sales team.

You will manage a Monday-Saturday schedule with Sundays on a rota, enjoy a company car and an OTE of £64,000. A strong track record in automotive sales and FCA compliance is preferred.
