An established and highly respected medical clinical is seeking an experienced Skincare Specialist to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate skincare professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding client experiences while representing a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist skin treatments
• Conduct scans and provide personalised skincare consultations.
• Lead product masterclasses and educate clients on effective skincare routines.
• Promote and retail the clinic's skincare range, alongside partner brands.
• Provide a first-class customer experience, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care for clientele.
• Ensure treatment rooms and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience performing facials and skincare treatments within a retail, clinic, or luxury beauty environment.
• A Beauty Therapy Level 3 qualification.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident in building rapport with clients and recommending suitable products and treatments.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
