Retail Duty Manager - Lead & Deliver (28 Days Holiday)

Iceland Foods Ltd. is hiring a Duty Manager to join our Exmouth store and support store leadership across busy shifts.

You will work as a Retail Assistant with a £2 per hour supplement when you run the store, helping deliver great availability and excellent service to customers. In this role you will lead a small team, plan shifts, drive sales, maintain cash controls, and uphold our One Best Way processes while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused environment.
