Retail Duty Manager - Flexible Hours & Leadership

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd's Tenbury Wells SPAR store is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to drive store performance and customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team across all store hours, ensuring safe operations, strong KPI delivery, and engaging with the local community.

Minimum 24 hours per week with shifts across mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Competitive hourly rate of £13.75 with a bonus scheme and extensive benefits package.
