Retail Deputy Store Manager - Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

B&M Retail Limited in Canterbury is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor. This role requires stepping in during the Store Manager's absence and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

You will be hands-on, flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and you will coach and develop your team to achieve store KPIs and operational excellence.
