Retail Department Lead (Part-Time) - Coach Teams & Delight Customers

Halfords in Torquay is recruiting for a part-time role that acts as a gateway to management. You'll help run a department day-to-day, supervise and coach colleagues, and strive to deliver market-leading customer service to every Halfords customer you meet.

As a key part of the sales floor leadership team, you'll support the store management team to ensure outstanding service, follow all security and stock loss procedures, and participate in training to develop your career across Retail.
