Retail Customer Team Member - Flexible Shifts & Training

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Worthing. You will join a friendly team in a busy store, delivering helpful service on the shop floor and at tills, and supporting ongoing daily operations. The role includes occasional early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts, with full training provided.

You'll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and promote Co-op Membership while engaging with the local community. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential.
