Retail Customer Service Supervisor - Flexible PartTime Lead

B&M Retail Limited in Stamford is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Supervisor to join our fast-moving team. The role is 24 hours per week with daytime, evening and weekend shifts, supporting the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area to deliver excellent service.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a small team in retail, strong numeracy and problem-solving skills, a flexible "can do" attitude and the ability to think on their feet.
