Retail Customer Service Manager (Betting Shop)

Entain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the shop team, deliver outstanding service and drive standards across our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products and manage customer concerns with empathy. The typical weekly rota is 35 hours across a blend of long opening or closing shifts and shorter evenings.
