Retail Customer Service Manager (Betting Shop)

Entain is recruiting for a Retail Customer Service Manager in the UK. You will deliver top customer service and drive standards in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, reporting to the Shop Manager and joining the Shop team to serve customers and build relationships for repeat business.

Salary is £13.00 per hour, with a typical weekly rota of 17 hours and shifts from 8am to 10pm depending on location. Training and a competitive benefits package are provided.
