Job Description

Entain plc, a leading global sports betting and gaming company, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for Ladbrokes & Coral shops in the UK. You will deliver top customer service, support the Shop Manager, and drive standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes cash handling, product demonstrations, and working towards targets. Shifts cover Monday to Sunday with a typical rota of 20 hours per week, including opening/closing duties and weekends.
