Retail Customer Service Manager - Weekend Shifts

Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the shop team, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards within Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and help build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, handle cash transactions, demonstrate products and betting terminals, and address customer concerns with empathy.
