Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards, and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team.

The role involves taking bets, processing cash transactions, demonstrating betting terminals, handling complaints with empathy, and maintaining high shop standards. 17 hours weekly on a rotating schedule.
