Job Description

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops in the UK. You will lead a shop team, deliver top customer service and drive standards daily, reporting to the Shop Manager.

Salary is £13.00 per hour. The role involves a variable weekly rota, including early and late shifts, with a focus on delivering excellent service and meeting targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
