Retail Customer Service Manager - Betting Shop

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team delivering outstanding service and building customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

You will take bets, handle transactions, demonstrate products and manage concerns empathetically while working toward shop targets and maintaining high standards.
