Job Description

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will lead the shop team, take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products and work toward targets with a focus on excellent customer experience.

Typical weekly rota is 20 hours, with shifts across 8am-10pm Mon-Sun. We offer a supportive team environment and equal opportunities.
