Retail Customer Service Manager - Betting Shop

Entain is hiring for a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops in Greater London. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards, and work as part of the Shop team under the Shop Manager.

Typical week is 30 hours with a mix of opening/closing shifts from 8am to 10pm. You will take bets, handle cash and card transactions, demonstrate products and betting terminals, and address customer queries with empathy.
