Retail Customer Service Manager - Betting Shop

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop teams. You'll deliver top customer service, drive standards daily and support a shop that welcomes customers and builds lasting relationships.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products and maintain high shop standards. The role is part-time with a typical 20-hour week and flexible shifts across opening hours.
