Retail Customer Service Manager - Betting Shop

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top service and raise shop standards. You will report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team, serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.

Salary is £13.00 per hour. Shifts run 8am-10pm across Mon-Sun with a typical 10-hour rota. The role includes opening/closing the shop, achieving targets and maintaining a welcoming betting environment.
