Retail Customer Service Manager - Bet Shop Team Leader

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops in the UK. You will lead daily customer service, drive standards, and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team.

You will take bets, handle cash transactions, demonstrate products, and resolve customer concerns while working toward targets and opening/closing duties. Rota approx. 30 hours per week.
