Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral shops, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. You will work with the shop team to build relationships that encourage repeat business.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will manage betting terminals, take bets, handle cash, and work toward defined targets while maintaining high shop standards. Shifts include evenings and weekends.
