Retail Customer Service Leader

Morrisons is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure outstanding customer service, respond to feedback, and help maintain market-leading availability.

You will work with store managers to drive performance and coach colleagues to deliver results. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage scheduling, training, and talent development while building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and regions.
