Retail Customer Service Leader - Betting Shop Frontline

Entain plc is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop team. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily and help build relationships that encourage repeat custom.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will manage transactions, demonstrate our products, handle complaints with empathy, and work toward defined targets while maintaining high shop standards. Shifts include early, late, weekends and holidays.
