Job Description

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops in the UK. We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top-quality service, drive shop standards and support a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team, serving customers, building relationships and encouraging repeat visits. The role includes a typical weekly rota of 20 hours with shifts for opening/closing and some evenings.
