Retail Customer Experience Manager

Entain is recruiting a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service standards in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team delivering excellent service and building customer relationships.

The role involves taking bets, handling cash, and demonstrating products. Shift patterns include early and late openings, with a typical weekly rota around 30 hours.
