Retail Customer Experience Manager

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our New Railey store. This hands-on leadership role will own the front-end experience from entry to exit, guiding a team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service in a busy, high-energy environment.

The role is permanent and full-time, with flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends. You will drive service standards, handle customer queries with empathy, and contribute to a welcoming store culture that keeps queues
