Retail Customer Experience Lead - Betting Shop

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead a Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop team, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards across shifts. You will report to the Shop Manager and drive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

The role involves taking bets, processing cash transactions, promoting safer gambling, and ensuring excellent shop performance. A 35-hour week with varied opening/closing shifts and a focus on customer satisfaction is expected.
