Retail Customer Experience Advisor - Training & Progression

A Customer Service Advisor is needed at our Newark centre. You will interact with customers face to face and over the phone, guiding them through services and bookings. The role offers full training, progression, and a bonus scheme of up to £6,000 per year.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 with a set day off, plus Saturday 08:30-16:00. Benefits include staff discounts, 32 days holiday, life insurance and ongoing training.
