Retail Concession & Department Leader

Selfridges & Co in Birmingham is seeking a commercially minded leader to own the bought and concession department and strategy, including payroll, identifying opportunities and risks from market trends and competitor insights.

You will coach and motivate the team to exceed sales targets, manage stock loss, work with VM and B&M to improve visual presentation, and ensure compliance with trading standards and health and safety. This full-time role requires flexible availability Monday to Sunday.
