Retail Compliance & Operations Lead

Protyre is seeking a Retail Operations & Compliance Manager to strengthen governance across Autocentres. Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, the role provides specialist expertise in health & safety compliance, stock control, invoicing accuracy, and centre compliance training.

You will work with Centre and Area Managers to raise audit readiness, implement SOPs, manage risk, and promote safe, efficient operations while delivering strong customer experience.
