Retail Cleaning Manager - Lead & Elevate Store Hygiene

Arcus FM Limited in Omagh is recruiting an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury's Omagh. You'll supervise the cleaning team, deliver a high-quality cleaning service in a busy retail environment, and carry out some cleaning tasks yourself.

Key duties include recruiting and training the team, planning rotas and timesheets for correct pay, and maintaining Health & Safety as the top priority on site. The role requires 37 hours over 6 days (Sunday off) with early morning shifts from 05:00.
