Retail Assistant Manager: Lead the Shop & Customer Experience

BoyleSports in Mansfield is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager and lead the shop team. You will open/close the shop, manage cash and EPOS transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service while driving high standards and brand presentation.

You will act as a Brand Ambassador, guiding staff on multi-channel and digital journeys and ensuring social responsibility procedures are followed.
