Retail Assistant Manager: Drive Sales & Lead a Winning Team

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Manager in Southampton to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence and help create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

You will motivate the team, communicate clearly, and make sound commercial decisions while maintaining strong product knowledge and in-store standards.
