Retail Assistant Manager - Shop Lead & Customer Experience

BoyleSports in Leyland is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily shop operations and lead the shop team in the Shop Manager's absence. You will manage opening/closing, cash procedures and maintain high standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced betting environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication and a passion for sports events, with the ability to motivate staff and promote the BoyleSports brand across all channels.
