Retail Assistant (Athlete) Pt 8H - Loanhead

Nike Loanhead is seeking a part-time (8 hours per week) Retail Assistant to deliver world class customer service and support sales in our store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to create a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments: operate cash register, manage inventory, refill products, build visual displays, and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Utilize digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services.
• Inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services.
• Continuously improve knowledge through tools and training to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and company culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling; availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Availability

• Part-time: 8 hours per week.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Available between 9 am and 9 pm.
