Retail Assistant (Athlete) PT 20H - Loanhead

NIKE Factory Store Loanhead is looking for a part time (20 hours) Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world class service to customers.

What you bring

• Using your expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek greater insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability

• Part time 20 HOURS PER WEEK
• Must be available on weekends.
• Available between 9am - 9pm.
