Retail Assistant - Customer-First, Fixed-Term

Screwfix is hiring a Retail Assistant to join our in-store team. You'll welcome customers, guide them to the right products and provide great service, helping keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

This fixed-term role runs until 6 December 2026, with flexible training, supportive colleagues and opportunities to develop. Shifts include early mornings, late evenings and weekends, with the aim to balance work and life while delivering value to customers.
