• Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensuring all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes.
• Consistently delivering first class experience to all customers.
• Keeping updated on new products and services to advise customers accordingly.
• Taking ownership of customer queries or needs, dealing with them positively to ensure resolution.

• You must have the ability to take ownership of the customer's experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome.
• Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor style depending on the audience.
• Self motivated, outgoing, energetic.
