The Company

Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Restructuring Assistant Director to its Birmingham, UK office.

The Role

• Managing cases of various size and complexity
• Liaising with stakeholders both pre and post appointment
• Business reviews for corporates and lenders
• Supporting clients with business plans, short term cash flow planning and restructure
• Developing alternative options and contingency planning
• Managing and developing exit strategies and options
• Implementing closure programmes and AMA processes
• Internal support and technical input into multi-disciplinary team
• Managing and supporting team members
• Supporting the wider growth of the Advisory department

The Candidate

• Ideally qualified JIEB/ CPI/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent
• Corporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutique
• Currently or recently at Senior Manager or Director level
