The Role:You will focus primarily on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, collaborating with corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country. Your responsibilities will include advising a range of stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and insolvency practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing transactional and advisory work as a key fee earner.
- Delivering high-quality legal advice and strategic solutions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
